Mobile Midwife is a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system built specifically for midwives and their clients. It's where Caitlin keeps your prenatal visit notes, lab results, birth plan, and postpartum records.
As a client, you have your own secure login to view your records, complete intake forms, sign consents, and message Caitlin directly — all without needing to call or email.
How to access your portal
Check your email
After your initial consultation, Caitlin will send you an invitation email from Mobile Midwife. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from noreply@mobilemidwife.com.
Create your account
Click the link in the invitation email to set up your password and activate your account. This only takes a few minutes.
Log in anytime
Once your account is active, you can log in at any time from any device to view your records, complete forms, and message Caitlin.
What you can do in your portal
Complete intake forms
Fill out your health history, consent forms, and birth preferences from the comfort of home — no paper, no printer needed.
View visit notes
Read Caitlin's notes from each prenatal visit, including your baby's measurements, heart tones, and any recommendations.
Message Caitlin
Send secure messages directly to Caitlin through the portal. For urgent concerns, always call or text her directly.
